Marta Bławat is a Polish historical oboist now residing in the Netherlands. Her passion centers on playing historical oboes, focusing on repertoire spanning the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic eras.

Marta pursued her Bachelor’s degree in music at the Conservatorium in Utrecht under the esteemed guidance of Frank de Bruine. She then honed her craft further, earning her Master’s degree in Brussels under the tutelage of acclaimed oboist Marcel Ponseele.

Throughout her career, Marta has enriched her musical expertise. She has attended masterclasses led by distinguished artists. These artists include Alfredo Bernardini, Katharina Arfken, Wilbert Hazelzet, Barthold Kuijken, Antoinette Lohmann, and Heiko ter Schegget.

Marta Bławat regularly collaborates with prestigious European orchestras. These include The English Concert, B’rock, Anima Eterna Brugge, and Vox Luminis. She also collaborates with Arte Dei Suonatori, the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century, Armonia Atenea, and the Matheus Ensemble. 

In 2024, she completed the “Master of Coaching” course at the Meritum School of Coaches. The school is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Under the guidance of top-level specialists, Marta deepened her understanding of coaching resources and techniques. She plans to use these skills to help musicians unlock their creative potential.

Marta combines her rich experience in historical performance with innovative coaching practices. She offers a unique perspective to her artistic and teaching endeavors.
